Ms. Fallon also represents various privately held companies on the financing of a variety of projects, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Through her representation of financial institutions, Ms. Fallon’s practice has evolved to include representation of real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, construction, development, and disposition of a variety of projects, including industrial and office buildings, condominium complexes, residential subdivisions, and shopping centers. Ms. Fallon acted as lender’s counsel on the following selected transactions:

• $100 million revolving loan collateralized by 24 properties in multiple states and collateral loans
• $55 million term loan collateralized by 6 properties in multiple states
• $50 million construction loan for multiunit condominium complex
• $64 million senior and mezzanine term loan
• $160 million all-asset credit facility

Ms. Fallon was recently named a "New Leader" for 2008 by Banker & Tradesman, a "Massachusetts Rising Star 2008 in Securities and Finance" by Super Lawyers as published in Boston Magazine, and also as a "Top Corporate Lawyer" in Massachusetts by Women's Business.

Ms. Fallon received her B.A., with honors, from Boston College, with dual majors in political science and communications, and her J.D., with honors, from Boston University School of Law.
