Kristen Fallon is a member of the firm's Business Group, where she concentrates her practice on representation of various lending institutions and borrowers in connection with the financing of real estate projects, portfolio lending, construction lending, taxable and nontaxable bond financing, loan participations, loan workouts, and restructuring throughout the country.

Ms. Fallon also represents various privately held companies on the financing of a variety of projects, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Through her representation of financial institutions, Ms. Fallon’s practice has evolved to include representation of real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, construction, development, and disposition of a variety of projects, including industrial and office buildings, condominium complexes, residential subdivisions, and shopping centers. Ms. Fallon acted as lender’s counsel in the following selected transactions: 

• $100 million revolving loan collateralized by 24 properties in multiple states and collateral loans

• $55 million term loan collateralized by 6 properties in multiple states

• $50 million construction loan for multiunit condominium complex

• $64 million senior and mezzanine term loan

• $160 million all-asset credit facility
   
• $15 million nontaxable variable rate refunding bond transaction and $5.9 million nontaxable variable rate refunding bond transaction

Ms. Fallon was recently named a New Leader for 2008 by Banker & Tradesman, a Massachusetts Rising Star in 2008 in the area of Securities and Finance by Super Lawyers® (Super Lawyers is a registered trademark of Key Professional Media, Inc.), and also a "Top Corporate Lawyer" in Massachusetts by Women's Business.
