Dwight Merriam represents developers, local governments, landowners, and advocacy groups in land development and conservation issues. He has published over 200 professional articles and 6 books on land use law, including Inclusionary Zoning Moves Downtown, The Takings Issue, The Complete Guide to Zoning, and Eminent Domain Use and Abuse: Kelo in Context.
