Ms. Igoe is a partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial lending, business, and real estate. She represents institutional lenders in commercial lending transactions, with a concentration in representing lenders in precious metal consignment and other financing of the jewelry and electronic industries, precious metals refineries, and other commercial uses of precious metals.

Ms. Igoe's real estate practice concentrates on representation of clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, permitting, development, and leasing. She has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and in 2008 was cited for her banking and finance experience and in 2009 for her corporate and commercial work.
