Jona Kim is a member of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Kim's practice focuses on many aspects of business litigation, including actions involving allegations of breach of contract and unfair and deceptive trade practices and other business torts, as well as disputes related to intellectual property. Before joining Robinson & Cole, he was a litigation associate at Wiggin and Dana LLP, where he gained broad experience in commercial litigation encompassing franchise, environmental, and white-collar defense matters.
While attending law school, Mr. Kim served as managing editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and interned for the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in legal writing and the Gavel Award for Excellence in journal editing and scholarship.
