Kristen N. Smith is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group. She has experience working on a variety of real estate transactions such as permanent loan closings, construction lending, and various aspects of affordable housing matters, including Section 8 Housing assistance.
Prior to joining Robinson & Cole, Ms. Smith served as assistant general counsel at the New York City Housing Development Corporation and a Housing Fellow at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
