Steven Schoenfeld is a partner in the Litigation Section of the firm. He represents clients in complex commercial, corporate, financial, intellectual property, and bankruptcy litigation, and provides related counseling and risk management advice. Mr. Schoenfeld has appeared in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, as well as courts in other jurisdictions and in arbitrations. In addition, he engages in extensive writing and speaking on litigation issues, including leading a monthly CLE breakfast series on managing litigation for in-house counsel.
