Katherine Glynn concentrates her practice in the area of employment litigation and employer counseling. Ms. Glynn provides litigation defense and counseling for employers in a wide variety of employment areas, including wage and hour issues, record keeping requirements, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, noncompetition agreements, trade secret protection, contracts, and layoffs.
Ms. Glynn has successfully defended many companies in federal and state court, and has argued cases before New York State appellate courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She often presents seminars on employment law topics including wage and hour claims, litigation strategies, and compliance with federal and state requirements.
Prior to joining Robinson & Cole, Ms. Glynn practiced in the area of environmental insurance coverage litigation.
