Brett Boskiewicz is a member of the firm's Litigation Section. His practice focuses on complex business litigation, including state and local government contracting disputes. He has tried cases to verdict, has successfully argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court, and has handled several commercial arbitrations and routinely litigates matters in state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He also has experience in employment discrimination matters, intellectual property litigation, and real estate disputes.

Additionally, Mr. Boskiewicz has over five years of environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance experience in the private sector and at a major university.
