Dave  Wilson Biographical Information
 
Dave Wilson litigates wage and hour, employment, real estate, maritime, and general commercial disputes in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also an MCAD certified trainer in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace and Preventing Discrimination in the Workplace and has served on the faculty for the MCAD certification course.
 
  • Won summary judgment in favor of assisted living facility on former executive director's claims of defamation, breach of contract, and bad faith termination in violation of public policy.


  • Following a four-day trial, won a jury verdict for a large regional lending institution defending against claims of race, color, and national origin discrimination.


  • Successfully represented national truck rental company in sex, race, color, and national origin discrimination lawsuits filed by eight current or former employees. Plaintiffs also sought class action status, but case successfully positioned for mediation and then favorable global settlement.


  • Successfully advised president of financial institution on reorganization of senior management team while completing sexual harassment investigation.

Dave Wilson litigates wage and hour, employment, real estate, maritime, and general commercial disputes in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Mr. Wilson also focuses on employer counseling and training in all areas of employment relations law. He is a frequent speaker on employment topics before law and business groups. He represents employers in related administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies on matters ranging from wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination to wage and hour disputes. He is an MCAD certified trainer in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace and Preventing Discrimination in the Workplace.

He litigates real estate disputes and represents title insurance companies and their insureds in claims arising under their title insurance policies. Mr. Wilson also represents maritime insurers in defending property and personal injury claims.

Mr. Wilson received his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where he was a teaching assistant for the first-year law students' legal practice course.
