HEALTH CARE ATTORNEY
We are seeking a health care attorney to join our Boston, Hartford, Stamford, or Providence office. Qualified candidates will have over 5 years of experience advising health care providers on a full range of transactional and regulatory health law issues, including Stark, Anti-kickback and fraud and abuse counseling; compliance issues; acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations; contract drafting and review; reimbursement issues; medical staff issues and tax exemption issues. Top academic credentials are required.

CORPORATE ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a corporate associate to join our Stamford office. Qualified candidates will have between three and six years of experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, commercial lending, and corporate finance matters. Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required, the New York and/or Massachusetts bars a plus. Top academic and transactional credentials, and excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills required.

COMPLEX LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
We are seeking an associate with 2 - 4 years of complex litigation experience to join our Hartford office. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, large-firm or equivalent experience, and admission to the Connecticut bar are required. Law review or judicial clerkship a plus. Qualified candidates will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.
