At Robinson & Cole, we value a balanced life. We work hard, but we also play hard. To encourage this balance, the firm sponsors fun activities throughout the year. At the end of every week, we have a Friday social hour where anyone available joins together to talk about the day's events, weekend relaxation, family, etc. Each year, we have a week-long staff appreciation week with daily surprises that range from food to flowers to gift boxes. In the spring, the softball league gears up to challenge other firms with lawyers and staff in positions behind home plate and in the field - with a tongue-in-cheek softball newsletter to keep nonathletes informed of the team's progress. During the summer, we organize outings for each office where R&C folks and their families join together for good food and fun.

As individuals, we celebrate all kinds of occasions from work achievements to weddings. Our colleagues at the office are often our good friends, and we enjoy getting together.
