In general, Robinson & Cole seeks individuals who possess both outstanding academic credentials and personal characteristics which distinguish the candidate from his or her peers. Academic proficiency and demonstrated intellectual capacity are of great importance.

However, we do not rely strictly on grades, class rank and other "paper credentials" in choosing our associates. We strive to attract individuals who are mature and responsible and who are capable of producing quality legal work in an atmosphere of independence and self-motivation.
