TAX ASSOCIATE - HARTFORD, NEW YORK, OR BOSTON

Robinson+Cole seeks an associate for its Tax Practice Group in its Hartford, New York, or Boston office. Qualified candidates will have between two and five years of experience advising companies, organizations, and nonprofit entities on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters. Experience representing clients in connection with a broad range of tax matters, with particular emphasis on transactional matters, and state and local controversy work is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation and large-firm or equivalent experience is a plus. Admission to the bar of your office of residence is required.

BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – STAMFORD

Robinson+Cole seeks an associate for its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Stamford office. Qualified candidates will have two to four years of business litigation experience, superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. Admission to the Connecticut and New York bars is required. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

INSURANCE & REINSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - HARTFORD

Robinson+Cole seeks an associate with 2 - 4 years of complex litigation experience to join its Hartford, Connecticut, office. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills and admission to the Connecticut bar required. New York bar admission, law review experience, judicial clerkship experience or large-firm or equivalent experience are a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for property and casualty insurance coverage litigation and unfair trade practices litigation, including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
