PUBLIC FINANCE ASSOCIATE - HARTFORD, CT

Robinson+Cole's Public Finance team is looking for an Associate with two to four years of experience.  Candidates with experience drafting authorizations, indentures, real estate documents, and official statements for bond issues is a plus. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.  Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.

Robinson+Cole is seeking a health law attorney with a minimum of five years of experience advising health care providers on a full range of transactional and regulatory health law issues including: Stark, Anti-kickback and fraud and abuse counseling; compliance issues; and contract drafting and review.  The successful candidate may be resident in the firm’s Boston, Hartford, New York, Providence, or Stamford office.  Bar admission in the state of your office of residence (or the ability to waive in) is required

 

INSURANCE & REINSURANCE ASSOCIATE - MIAMI, FL
Robinson & Cole LLP seeks an attorney with approximately two to four years of complex litigation experience to join its insurance coverage litigation team in the firm’s Miami, Florida yo.  Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills and admission to the Florida bar required.  fficeaw review experience, judicial clerkship experience or large-firm or equivalent experience are a plus.  The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for property and casualty insurance coverage litigation and unfair trade practices litigation,  including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.
