Robinson+Cole’s dynamic and growing real estate practice seeks an associate to join its Stamford office.  Qualified candidates will have between three and five years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, construction, land use, workout, and zoning matters as well as experience representing lenders, investors, owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants regarding the financing, sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial property.  Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.  Admission to the New York bar is a plus.  Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.

TAX ASSOCIATE - HARTFORD, NEW YORK, OR BOSTON

Robinson+Cole seeks an associate for its Tax Practice Group in its Hartford, New York, or Boston office. Qualified candidates will have between two and five years of experience advising companies, organizations, and nonprofit entities on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters. Experience representing clients in connection with a broad range of tax matters, with particular emphasis on transactional matters, and state and local controversy work is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation and large-firm or equivalent experience is a plus. Admission to the bar of your office of residence is required.

BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – STAMFORD

Robinson+Cole seeks an associate for its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Stamford office. Qualified candidates will have two to four years of business litigation experience, superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. Admission to the Connecticut and New York bars is required. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
