Robinson+Cole's Virginia Trunkes will present, "Drones Fly Over Trespass, Nuisance, Privacy and Data Security Issues: What You Need to Know" at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, "Virtual Experience: 32nd Annual National RPTE CLE Conference." The program will discuss Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS or “drones”) potential in the real estate industry, common legal issues associated with drones and provide an update on the ever-changing regulatory scene. Karla Chaffee serves as the program chair and also chairs the section’s Land Use and Zoning Committee.
