A new governor, a new administration, and a new commissioner at the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) could mean a new direction for Connecticut's energy and environment policy. Jim Ray and Emilee Mooney Scott will participate in a two-part discussion on recent developments in PFAS litigation. Jim will discuss "What Are the Health, Environmental, and Litigation Challenges of PFAS?" Emilee will present on "How Are the Technical, Regulatory, and Legal Challenges of PFAS Being Addressed?" Both panels will include scientists from GZA GeoEnvironmental, an engineering and science consulting firm. The keynote speaker for this Connecticut Business & Industry Association conference will be Katie Dykes, Commissioner of DEEP. Robinson+Cole is a sponsor of the event.
