Robinson & Cole Partner to Present at REBA Spring Conference

On May 5, 2008, E. Christopher Kehoe will co-present "Legislative Update of Recent & Pending Legislation: Summary & Highlights" at the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) 2008 Spring Conference. As Chair of REBA's Legislation Committee, Mr. Kehoe will discuss the inner-workings of the Committee as well as recent and pending legislation on the Hill, including former tidelands and c. 91 licenses; regulation of notaries and witness closings; condominium topics; mortgage foreclosures; and the Massachusetts homestead law.
