Robinson & Cole Attorneys Present on Architectural Copyright Law

2.08.10
Construction partner Martin A. Onorato chaired a roundtable meeting of the Connecticut chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in New Haven with Intellectual Property chair Kathleen M. Porter. Mr. Onorato and Ms. Porter discussed recent developments in copyright protection of architectural works and drawings and the value of copyright to the practice of architecture. With nearly 300 state and local chapters, the AIA serves as the voice of the architecture profession and the resource for its members in service to society, carrying out its goal through advocacy, information, and community.
