Tax Attorney’s Article Discusses State Tax Residency and Domicile Issues

6.08.12
Tax counsel Felicia S. Hoeniger cowrote the article “Personal Income Tax Issues Related to Residency and Domicile,” published in the spring 2012 issue of The Practical Tax Lawyer magazine. This article is based on a paper the authors presented at a seminar sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property & Probate Law, Trust & Estate Division. The paper analyzes how tax law differentiates between residency and domicile.

The American Law Institute and the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association publish The Practical Tax Lawyer.
