Attorneys Write About OSHA’s New Guidance for Safety Incentive Programs

6.26.12
Environmental partner Richard M. Fil and labor and employment counsel Nicole A. Bernabo wrote an article published in the May/June 2012 issue of Scrap magazine about the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration reviewing workplace injuries and safety incentive programs offered by employers. The article ran in the magazine’s “Of Counsel” section.

Scrap is the bimonthly magazine published by ISRI, a Washington, D.C.-based trade association with more than 1,600 member companies that process, broker, and consume scrap commodities, including ferrous and nonferrous metals, paper, glass, textiles, rubber, and plastics.
