Andrea Donovan Napp Authors Chapter in E-Discovery Book

Litigation counsel Andrea Donovan Napp authored a chapter in the book Ethics in E-Discovery: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Rules and Regulations and Effectively Handling Privacy Issues in the E-Discovery Process, published by Thomson Reuters / Aspatore. Ms. Napp, who is chair of the E-Discovery and Information Management Practice Team, wrote the chapter entitled “Successfully and Ethically Using E-Discovery Methods in Conjunction with Litigation,” which discusses e-discovery techniques and approaches as part of a larger litigation strategy.
