Transparency in Coverage
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data. Search Firm Guidelines
We do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies. We consider any resume (CV) or biography received from an agency without prior approval from a member of our Legal Recruiting Department to be unsolicited and gratuitous, and such submissions will not be recognized by Robinson+Cole for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate. Agencies are requested not to contact any attorney at Robinson+Cole with recruiting inquiries. We do not consider candidates received by the firm until they are received by the Legal Recruiting Department directly from the Agency after approval has been given. To present an opportunity, please send an email to legalcareers@rc.com with a blind summary of your candidate. No identifying information should be presented at that time. You will not be entitled to receive any compensation as a result of a decision by Robinson+Cole to offer employment to any such candidate unless a fee agreement is in place between Robinson+Cole and your search firm. We will not pay a fee to any agency that does not follow these guidelines. Questions regarding these guidelines should be directed to legalcareers@rc.com.
