Construction Associate
Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate to join its Construction Group in its Boston, MA or Hartford, CT offices.
Our Construction Group comprises skilled litigators and transactional attorneys—a combination of talent that affords our clients a breadth of experience and depth. Our lawyers handle a broad range of issues involved in construction projects, including contract procurement and delivery, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, and claims and dispute resolution. We work on all types of construction projects, including commercial and industrial buildings, roads, bridges, power, and infrastructure projects.

Financial Lines Litigation Associate - New York City

The ideal candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for all aspects of case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and conducting arbitrations and trials. Experience in insurance policy analysis and litigating coverage disputes is preferred but not essential.

Labor and Employment Associate
Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an attorney with four to eight years of employment and/or labor law experience to join its Hartford or Stamford office. Robinson+Cole offers a full array of employment law services to employers: counseling, litigation, immigration, benefits, labor relations, investigations and training. We assist clients not only with addressing pressing legal concerns, but in proactively examining policies and practices to minimize legal exposure and increase compliance with the laws applicable to the employee-employer relationship through our integrated labor, employment, benefits and immigration practice.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws and experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment related matters including discharge and discrimination issues, contract and grievance administration, personnel policies and handbooks, affirmative action compliance, employee discipline, wage and hour issues, disability, reasonable accommodation, and family and medical leave matters, unemployment, employment contracts, severance and separation agreements, individual terminations and reductions in force. Labor and Employment Staff Attorney
Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a highly motivated staff attorney for a flexible, off-track position to work with our busy Labor & Employment practice. Prior experience in employment law is required. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ experience as a practicing attorney, and will have counseling, compliance and litigation experience. Workplace investigations and labor experience are a plus, but not required.
This hybrid position can be based in our Stamford or Hartford office. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required; we will consider candidates who have the ability to waive into the Connecticut bar, particularly those already admitted to New York or Massachusetts. Candidates should work well as part of a team, have great attention to detail, and excellent communication and drafting skills.
Full-time or part-time positions are available. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and agreed upon billable hours.
