Bankruptcy + Reorganizations Group co-chair Natalie D. Ramsey will be presenting as part of the University of Minnesota Law School’s Nancy C. Dreher Lecture on Bankruptcy Law and Practice: A Review of the Roberts Court’s Bankruptcy Jurisprudence. Presented by the Law School’s Corporate Institute along with the American College of Bankruptcy, the Minnesota State Bar Association Bankruptcy Section, and the Turnaround Management Association, the Lecture was established in recognition of Judge Dreher’s lifetime commitment to excellence, the ethical practice of law, and scholarship. Each year, the Minnesota Fellows in the College invite distinguished practitioners, academics, and judges to Minnesota to discuss emerging issues in bankruptcy law and practice.
