Jennifer Driscoll will be participating in a panel on “The Global Regulatory Landscape in Antitrust” as part of the Penn Carey Law Antitrust Association Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition (PCLAA-CTIC) 2nd Annual Symposium: Worldwide Trends in Competition Law and Policy. Hosted at the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Carey Law School in Philadelphia, the Symposium is the biggest student-led event related to antitrust and competition. This panel will touch base with discussions on recent trends in global antitrust. Panelists will focus on how the American antitrust policy has shaped international debates and how other jurisdictions' stances have influenced internal U.S. antitrust policies if they did so in the first place. The panel will also discuss specific policy questions, such as comparing the recent developments of the U.S.’ leniency and cartel enforcement programs with other nations.
