Special End-of-Year Briefing: Status of OSHA Rule Mandating Vaccination/Testing of Employees of Large Employers

Event Description

Over the last few weeks, employers with 100 or more employees have been waiting for guidance on whether the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing of employees, issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, would remain following the numerous legal challenges that were filed. After the ETS was issued, it was immediately stayed by the federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, but that stay was recently dissolved by the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Emergency motions were filed in the Supreme Court and remain pending. What does this mean for large employers? What happens next? Most important, what do large employers need to think about?

Join us for a special end-of-year webinar to discuss this recent development and its practical implications. Questions from attendees are encouraged.
