    Biography

Glenn Greenberg is an experienced litigator who brings a client-based approach to his practice. His goal is to prepare each case for trial in order to create and maintain consistent leverage for a potential settlement and to streamline the case. If an amicable resolution is not feasible, Glenn is a skillful trial attorney who has handled numerous matters in federal and state courts representing the interests of insurance carriers and the defense of their insureds. Glenn is a member of the firm’s Insurance + Reinsurance Group.

In addition to his insurance practice, Glenn has experience in commercial, securities fraud, antitrust, and white-collar crime matters. He is a former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee and has been published on pleading standards in securities litigation in the New York State Bar Association Journal. As an investigative attorney with the New York Department of Investigation earlier in his career, Glenn led complex civil and criminal cases involving government employees and officials as well as private companies.
