    Biography

    Katherine Dute is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy + Reorganizations Group. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John T. Dorsey in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

    Katherine also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge Sean H. Lane in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in the summer of 2019, and as a legal intern in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for the Honorable Judge Mary F. Walrath in the summer of 2018.

    While attending the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Katherine worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Jeffrey Dunoff in connection with his book, International Legal Theory: Foundations and Frontiers (Cambridge University Press) and Professor Jonathan Lipson’s sections on bankruptcy in Reforming Institutions: The Judicial Function in Bankruptcy and Public Law Litigation (94 IND. L.J. 545 (2019))
