Biography
Meryl Breeden represents professional liability insurers in coverage and litigation matters involving directors and officers liability, errors and omissions and fiduciary liability claims. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and financial lines. Meryl is a member of the firm’s Insurance + Reinsurance Group.
Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Meryl worked at a New York law firm where she represented domestic and international insurers in complex commercial litigation, including first-party and third-party insurance disputes.
While at Boston College Law School, Meryl served as an editor for The Journal of Law and Social Justice and worked as a summer associate at a New York law firm specializing in civil rights litigation.
