Nicole Diodati is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property + Technology Group. She is known to work tirelessly on her clients’ behalf in a collaborative and detail-oriented manner.
Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Nicole focused her practice on transactions involving data privacy, cybersecurity, information technology, D&O, E&O, compliance, medical billings, and insurance. She has experience analyzing insurance contracts and coverage available for insureds relating to first-party claims, third-party claims and regulatory investigations arising from medical billing and audit incidents, ransomware and malware attacks, personal and private health information breaches, social engineering fraud, and related notification requirements under federal and state law. Nicole is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
During law school, Nicole was an honors judicial intern for the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
