Biography

Nina Pelc-Faszcza is a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, Benefits + Immigration Group. Her practice is concentrated in the area of U.S. immigration law, with a primary focus on business immigration law. Nina helps a wide range of employers, including multinational companies, health care organizations, and institutions of higher education, meet their business needs by obtaining appropriate immigration status for employees, allowing them to recruit and retain key business personnel, researchers, and other professionals in the U.S. Her practice encompasses all business-related non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, including petitions for temporary work authorization, permanent labor certification, and applications for adjustment of status to permanent residence.
