Biography

Patrick Mulpeter works with clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Group. 

Mergers and Acquisitions

Patrick represents companies with strategic corporate transactions including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. 

Business Transactions 

Patrick also represents clients in general corporate matters, including corporate governance, debt and equity financings, and the formation and capitalization of private investment funds. 

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was an associate in the corporate department of a leading AmLaw 200 law firm.
