Biography

Shivang Gandhi is a member of the firm’s Insurance + Reinsurance Group. He advises and represents the firm’s insurance industry clients in a wide array of complex coverage disputes, principally involving casualty and property lines. Shiv is also experienced in reinsurance matters, the defense of extracontractual liability claims, and corporate litigation.

Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Shiv worked at law firms based in New York City and New Jersey. His responsibilities included analysis of business relationships, industry and regulatory standards, choice of law, international process, and numerous elements of civil practice in connection with the litigation of multiple claims, including insurance disputes spanning multiple states, nationwide toxic tort claims against a global manufacturer, and complex securities suits against an international financial institution.
