Health Care Business Transactions

At Robinson+Cole, we recognize the unique nature of health care transactions, especially given the rapidly changing business and regulatory landscape. We are able to work on behalf of our clients within applicable regulatory constraints to structure a transaction in a manner to help them achieve their business objectives, whether these objectives are to buy a business, sell a business, form a joint venture, or start a new line of business. From initial business negotiations to post closing operations, we work to understand each client's business model and how each transaction helps that client succeed.

Robinson+Cole's Health Law Group handles a large number of business transactions for its clients, ranging from mergers and acquisitions of health systems to the acquisition of a single provider practice and everything in between.
