Our Land Use practice is a cross-disciplinary team of lawyers, professional planners, and environmental analysts. We combine our resources to collaborate in the interrelated fields of planning, land use law, and real estate development.

Our Team

Our Land Use team consists of attorneys from Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development practice group, collaborating with members of the Environmental, Energy + Telecommunications and Construction practice groups. We also work with attorneys from the Business Litigation team on complex matters, including actions in state and federal courts. Together, we engage with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and business professionals to create successful strategies for our clients. We also take on leadership roles for some of the largest, most exciting development projects in the region—and in the country.

Members of our team are leaders in the profession, nationally renowned for being on the cutting edge of land use law practice. We frequently appear before local, state and federal reviewing bodies, gaining knowledge of the most current procedures, personalities, and trends in land use law.
