Renewable Transactions
Robinson+Cole lawyers have extensive experience with renewable energy generation transactions, both in negotiating transaction documents and in conducting due diligence on projects. We regularly represent developers in connection with the sale of solar generation projects and owners-operators of renewable generation assets in connection with the acquisition or sale of those assets. We also represent lenders, developers, and project owners in connection with debt and equity financing transactions.
