Payor Contracting

Health care reimbursement and patient management are evolving at a rapid pace, with an ever-increasing focus on care quality and a shift away from traditional fee-for-service arrangements. Members of our Health Law group have the background and experience in counseling our clients on all types of reimbursement and managed care matters, ranging from evolving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement structures — including the Medicare Shared Savings and Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) programs — to emerging third-party payor payment arrangements such as bundled payments and other forms of risk-based reimbursement.

We assist hospitals, clinically integrated networks, multispecialty physician groups, and other provider organizations to evaluate payment models, negotiate agreements with payors, and comply with the complex web of regulatory requirements facing our clients so they may successfully respond to this ever-changing health care marketplace.
