Consumer Products/Class Actions: Nutritional Product Sales

Reached a favorable settlement for a manufacturer/distributor of nutritional products sold domestically and internationally involving the sale of ephedra to a Canadian citizen.

Consumer Products/Class Actions: Products Liability Action

Obtained voluntary dismissal on behalf of national retailer of climbing equipment in products liability action arising out of a fall from a cliff at a state park. As a result of the firm’s investigative efforts, the plaintiff withdrew his action without any compensation.
