Representation of a national bank in originating in excess of $1 billion annually of construction and rehabilitation loans for multifamily and mixed-use properties on a national basis.

Kristin Niver Elected Chair of ABA RPTE Commercial Real Estate Transactions Group

Commercial Real Estate Lending team lawyer Kristin Niver was recently elected Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law’s Commercial Real Estate Transactions Group, effective September 1, 2025, for a two-year term. The Commercial Real Estate Transactions Group, a committee of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, analyzes the transactional and ownership issues confronting commercial real estate attorneys when handling land transfers, construction, servitudes, title insurance, property and liability insurance, and ownership of commercial estate matters. Kristin previously served as Vice Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Transactions Group since 2023.
