Attorney Candidates

Experienced lawyers looking to grow their practice, take advantage of great legal talent and support, and transition seamlessly into a defined and focused business plan, look no further than Robinson+Cole.

Included in the Firm's expectation that associates will meet a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually are 1) any approved pro bono hours, and 2) up to 50 hours for time spent on qualifying diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging activities.

Robinson+Cole supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week to benefit from in-person connection, collaboration, training, and mentorship.

Search Firm Submission Guidelines

Robinson+Cole only accepts candidate submissions from search firms with which it has a current signed fee agreement and will not pay placement fees without such an agreement. Search firm submissions are accepted for select open positions, as noted in individual job postings. Search firms that have an active agreement in place can view our current list of positions open to search firm submissions through our online submission portal. Click the following links to access our Attorney Submission Portal or Business Professional Submission Portal. Please submit all materials on behalf of your candidate via the online portal.

If a search firm with a signed agreement would like to submit for any position not listed at the above link, please email a blind summary of your candidate to legalcareers@rc.com for attorney submissions or busprocareers@rc.com for business professional submissions. No identifying information should be presented at that time. We consider any resume or biography received from a search firm without prior approval from a member of our Legal Recruiting or Human Resources Department to be unsolicited and such submissions will not be recognized by Robinson+Cole for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate.

All recruiting inquiries and questions should be sent to legalcareers@rc.com or busprocareers@rc.com. Please do not contact any attorney or employee at Robinson+Cole to submit recruiting inquiries. We will not pay a fee to any search firm that does not follow these guidelines.
