Ariella J. Ederi handles disputes related to group welfare benefits, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), health insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance coverage.

Ariella has extensive experience handling a range of complex business litigation matters and business disputes. She has concentrated on assisting clients in a wide variety of pre-litigation and litigation matters, including complex and sophisticated commercial litigation in the financial industry, insurance disputes, trusts and estates cases, and large-scale class action and multidistrict litigation in antitrust and products liability cases. Ariella has experience in all aspects of federal and state court litigation, from the initial phases of case assessment and discovery through motion practice, trial, and appeal, as well as achieving final resolution through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.

Immediately prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ariella handled matters across the country and internationally in disputes concerning global banking and securities laws, government investigations, qui tam claims, consumer protection laws as well as insurance, construction, and products liability at an international civil litigation firm.

Ariella clerked for The Honorable Ursula Ungaro, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ariella also clerked for The Honorable Norma S. Lindsey of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.

Ariella has also represented organizations and individuals of limited means in various pro bono matters.
