Brya Keilson provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients facing commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters. Brya’s practice encompasses an array of representations, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 debtors, insurers navigating bankruptcy-related challenges, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, trade creditors, and financial institutions. She offers strategic and practical guidance to purchasers of assets involved in bankruptcy proceedings and litigates on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in avoidance actions. Brya’s substantial experience and sound judgment strengthen her ability to advise clients through some of their most critical and challenging matters. 

Beyond her bankruptcy practice, Brya represents receivers and assignees involved in assignments for the benefit of creditors. She assists corporate clients in non-distressed asset purchase transactions and provides banks with counsel on both front-end lending and workout matters. Her legal experience extends into commercial litigation, real estate disputes, loan transactions, and corporate acquisitions, demonstrating her well-rounded knowledge in many facets of business law.

Previously, Brya worked at a large Delaware law firm, and prior to that, she served as a trial attorney for the Office of the U.S. Trustee, representing the U.S. Trustee for Region 3 in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases in Delaware. Brya’s institutional knowledge informs the insightful advice she now provides to her bankruptcy clients.

Robinson+Cole Recognized Across Practices and Regions with 46 Chambers USA 2026 Rankings
