Sean Medina represents payors and other health care industry clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration. His practice includes payor-provider disputes, ERISA litigation, class actions, state statutory claims, commercial disputes, and disputes involving state Medicaid contract bids.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning all phases of civil litigation — from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal — Sean brings first-chair trial experience to complex commercial and health care matters. He has served as lead counsel on dozens of cases, including significant commercial disputes and has extensive experience with depositions, jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings.

For more than 13 years, Sean has represented a top-tier health insurer in payor-provider disputes, commercial litigation, and bid disputes involving state Medicaid contracts, giving him a deep, practical understanding of the regulatory and business pressures facing managed care organizations.
