Erica Whaley represents domestic and international insurers and underwriters in complex disputes arising under policies of property, casualty, and financial lines insurance. She also assists with the defense of actions seeking extra-contractual damages, and represents the firm’s clients in appellate and class action engagements.

At Roger Williams University School of Law, Erica served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Ojetta Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Providence, Rhode Island. She also was a Robinson+Cole/RIE Diversity Fellow.
