Deirdre’s panel will examine the Mary Ellen McCormack redevelopment project, which aims to revitalize Boston’s first public housing development, fully replacing all 1,016 deeply subsidized public housing units, with residents’ right of return, as part of a new 3,300 unit mixed-income community.
