Tax group partner Michael Kearney will moderate a panel titled “Digital Content and Cloud Transactions: Have the New U.S. Rules Solved the Sourcing Problem?” at the International Fiscal Association USA Westchester-Connecticut Regional Event.

Mike’s panel will examine the evolving U.S. sourcing rules for digital content and cloud transactions and what they mean for businesses operating in an increasingly digital and borderless economy. In addition, the program will explore the new framework and sourcing methodologies established by the 2025 regulations, assess their practical and international tax implications, and consider how the rules intersect with other tax disciplines, including state and local tax.
