Environmental, Energy + Telecommunications group partner Joey Lee Miranda will moderate a panel titled, “Innovation at the Meter: AMI, Rate Design, and How Data is Shaping the Competitive Market,” at the Connecticut Power and Energy Society’s (CPES) 2026 Fall Conference.

Joey Lee’s panel will examine the evolving energy landscape and the technologies, investments, and policies shaping the grid. The discussion will explore advanced metering infrastructure and access to timely data, meter upgrade cycles, rate design and lessons learned from time-of-use programs in other states, vehicle-to-grid technology as a potential resilience asset, and the balance between investing in energy efficiency and building additional infrastructure.
