Francis L. Ricciardone focuses on business and land use litigation. His research experience extends to claims involving commercial contracts, insurance, construction, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) disputes.

Prior to joining Robinson & Cole, Frank held several judicial and public sector internships. As a judicial intern with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, he prepared appellate review and recitation memoranda. While interning for First Justice Cesar A. Archilla, he observed jury and bench trials and examined courtroom practice and the criminal justice system with counsel and the court. In addition, Frank analyzed issues involving innocence and post-conviction law at the Boston College Innocence Clinic and assisted in drafting motions on behalf of clients seeking relief.
