Robinson Cole LLP
High Contrast Mode

Jeffrey R. Gribouski focuses his practice on representing insurance carriers in complex litigation, arbitrations, and other adversarial proceedings arising from claims presented under property and commercial general liability insurance policies. Jeff’s insurance coverage practice is complemented by his representation of insurers in large loss property insurance subrogation claims and litigation.

Jeff brings a highly strategic approach and strives to identify the client’s business objective for each matter. He then develops a plan tailored to achieve that objective, while taking the unique circumstances of the client and the particular nuances of the matter into consideration.

Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Jeff gained valuable litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts in complex commercial disputes ranging from corporate and partnership disputes to class actions to claims of trade secret misappropriation. Before entering private practice, Jeff served as the judicial law clerk for Associate Justice James Lemire at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

While pursuing his J.D., Jeff was a staff member of the Northeastern University Law Review and the Co-Chair of the International Refugee Assistance Project. He also interned at a nonprofit agency focused on environmental and energy law, the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Protection Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
