Kevin C. Osantowski handles environmental litigation, regulatory compliance, and enforcement matters. He represents manufacturers, property owners, developers, Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, potentially responsible party (PRP) groups, municipalities and quasi-governmental agencies in environmental disputes before state and federal courts and agencies. Kevin advises on compliance with federal and state environmental requirements, and assists with regulatory enforcement actions, including those involving PFAS and other emerging contaminants.

Kevin represents clients in complex environmental matters involving state and federal Superfund sites. He advises on remedial activities conducted under consent decrees, supports third-party allocation proceedings and Natural Resource Damage Assessments, and assists clients before federal, state, and local agencies.

Drawing on experience with Superfund site cleanup matters, Kevin provides informed counsel on issues arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and other federal and state environmental laws and regulatory frameworks.

During law school, Kevin served as a student attorney with the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and held legal internships with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Before pursuing a legal career, Kevin conducted fisheries research in the Great Lakes Basin and Yellowstone National Park.
